NOTICE TO BIDDERS

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent, for the Borough of Middlesex, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey on February 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time at 1200 Mountain Avenue, Middlesex, NJ  at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

 

                             One (1) Public Safety Console

 

Specifications and instruction to bidders may be picked up at the Finance/Tax office, 1200 Mountain Avenue, Middlesex, NJ  08846 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

 

Bidders shall comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975,c127 (N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq.).
