MIDDLE-BROOK REGIONAL HEALTH OFFERS ANNUAL FLU CLINICS

Flu and pneumonia vaccinations will again be offered to eligible community members in October and November.  Below is the tentative schedule, but note that dates may change depending on vaccine shipment schedules.  Additional dates may be added if there is community demand.

Pre-registration is required for all clinics and will start the first week of October.  Both vaccines are free to those with Medicare Part B, but you must bring your Medicare card!  Others will be charged at a rate necessary to cover the costs of administration of the vaccine.  To register for any of the above clinics, or for more information, please call 732-356-8090 ext. 254 or 908-753-8000 ext. 239.
