Resolution #30-08          The Tax Collector is authorized to refund 2006 sanitary sewer use charges on various properties.

Resolution #31-08          Authorizing the acceptance of a proposal from Signature Information Solutions for the Borough of Middlesex to provide a weekly data transmission of Borough Tax Records

Resolution #32-08          Hiring Linda Blath, 357 Cotswold Place, Franklin Township as the Planning/Zoning Clerk for the Borough of Middlesex for 15 hours per week at $15 per hour effective January 16, 2008 pending a satisfactory background check.

Resolution #33-08          Appointing Michael Venuto as Representative to the Housing and Community Development Committee for 2008

Resolution #34-08          Rescinding Chapter 23 – Policy against Harassment in the Middlesex Borough Personnel Policy and replacing it with the revised Policy Prohibiting Harassment in the Workplace

Resolution #39-08          Hiring Tara Rutkowski, 551 Longwood Avenue, Bound Brook, New Jersey as the Recreation Commission Secretary at an annual salary of $1,068 effective January 1, 2008.

Resolution #40-08          Hiring Marie Aboosamara, 340 Hazelwood Avenue, Middlesex, New Jersey as a School Crossing Guard at a salary of $13.00 per hour effective immediately, as she has met all the qualifications for this position.
